Brett Radlicki is a graphic designer and media developer for Innovative Learning Group. He loves to apply creative solutions to challenging design problems and has done so in many different industries, using various media for diverse audiences.

He has more than 25 years’ experience in graphic development and has produced a number of award-winning graphics and branding materials for global organizations in industries such as aerospace, automotive, chemical, government, insurance, manufacturing, and recreation.

The awards he has received for his work include: the Magellan Awards for Top Communications Campaigns; two Horizon Interactive Awards for web-based training; the World Wide Web Association’s Platinum Award for a Flash-based web site; and a Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Platinum Award.

Brett holds many certifications, including those as a Flash designer and a Photoshop expert. He continues to relay his expertise and experience in design by serving as an adjunct instructor at Spring Arbor University’s main campus in Spring Arbor, Michigan. He also is a member of American Mensa.

Brett earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
