Michelle McLees is a graphic designer and media developer for Innovative Learning Group. She has more than 15 years of experience in both digital and print graphic development and specializes in creating appealing, user-focused interfaces for learning solutions.

Michelle’s ability to think outside the box results in an engaging graphic look for each client project. She has served as web/media developer and graphic designer on many projects for global clients. As a result, she understands the many ways graphics are used by various cultures and industries, a plus when working with ILG’s diverse client base.

As an interactive design specialist, Michelle is proficient in HTML and Flash, and has developed a wide range of multimedia solutions, including web sites, marketing and advertising collateral, and e-learning applications. She is proficient in Articulate and Lectora.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Michigan State University.
