Throughout his 25-year career, Roger is credited with opening and cultivating a significant number of key accounts in large- and medium-sized companies in the financial, automotive, aviation, education, health care, manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and retail industries.
Roger knows the performance improvement industry and how performance impacts company business results. He has provided consultative services to numerous clients on how best ILG could serve them. Whether it’s creating e-learning training or developing curriculum architecture, impact maps, or a learning strategy, Roger ensures clients get the right solution for their needs. He knows the key to account growth is not only providing clients with the right solution, but also creating and maintaining valuable personal relationships, providing excellent service, and upholding high quality-standards.
Roger just completed two terms on the board of directors of the Greater Detroit Chapter of ASTD, where he served as the vice president of membership. Roger also is a past member of the Workforce Development Committee at Automation Alley, an organization dedicated to promoting and perpetuating technology business in Southeast Michigan.
