ILG CEO Lisa Toenniges Elected to ISPI Board of Directors as President-Elect

ROYAL OAK, Mich., March 5, 2012 — Innovative Learning Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that CEO Lisa Toenniges has been elected to the board of directors of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) as president-elect. Her three-year term officially begins following ISPI’s International Conference in April.

“I’m very honored to have been elected by my peers to this leadership position,” says Toenniges. “As a proven human performance technology leader, I look forward to serving ISPI and ensuring we apply proven HPT principals, which we know work in organizations, with processes, and with individuals. My goal, after three years, is to leave the Society well on a path of growth and sustainability so we all have a thriving professional association for the foreseeable future.”

Toenniges has been an active member of ISPI since 1993. She is completing a two-year term as treasurer and board member. She also has held numerous positions within ISPI’s Michigan Chapter, including serving as president in 2008. Toenniges is an “Award of Excellence” recipient, a Certified Performance Technologist, and was the 2010 chair for ISPI’s International Conference.
