Do your learners just “next” through your e-learning to check off completion? Is transfer of new knowledge to the job not happening as you’d hoped?

There may be a better way! What if you could convert your e-learning courses from one-time training events to ongoing learning solutions that support performance on the job?

Using a software training case study, Innovative Learning Group Lead Instructional Designer and Learning Consultant Susan Fisher will show how conventional e-learning content can be repurposed to meet Gottfredson & Mosher’s Five Moments of Learning Need with the technology you already have.

This session will explore the transformation of an existing e-learning course into a blended solution that provides performance support, explanation, learning reinforcement, and detailed reference all within the confines of the original authoring tool. As part of it, we’ll look at how to redesign content, interface, and navigation to optimize usability for each purpose.
