Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) is proud to announce that it has received a Silver 2017 Chief Learning Officer Learning In Practice Award in the category of Excellence in Partnership.
The award recognizes the strong partnership ILG has developed with the Digital Innovation Group at Ford Motor Company. Together, they are building multi-modal training solutions that range from traditional instructor-led training to just-in-time performance support and microlearning. The teams also have designed and developed two separate learning portals: one focused on innovation and the other focused on the new systems engineering toolkit.
“We are honored to accept this award,” says ILG CEO Lisa Toenniges. “Our partners at Ford Digital Innovation help us to remove barriers, obtain resources, drive consensus, and ensure alignment. Their contributions led to this shared success.”
The Excellence in Partnership Award recognizes vendors or consultants who have effectively supported a client’s learning and development function to set, establish, or implement a program via whole or partial consulting or outsourced services. Awards were distributed during the Fall 2017 CLO Symposium+Plus held on Oct. 3 in California.
