Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG), a performance-first learning company, announced today that Sarah Zigila has joined the company as a business development executive.
“Sarah will be a great addition to ILG’s sales team,” says CEO Lisa Toenniges. “I’m confident that Sarah’s ability to build lasting client relationships and her knowledge of the services we offer will enable us to continue to increase ILG’s footprint within the learning and performance improvement industry.”
With more than 10 years’ experience in business development and sales, Zigila has established client relationships in a variety of industries, including non-profit, financial services, and banking. Most recently, Zigila spent three years at Winning Futures, a non-profit organization in Warren. Her roles encompassed business development, workforce development, fundraising, and mentoring. Zigila’s contributions included enhancing workforce development curricula, designing inspirational sessions, developing new employee and mentor training programs, and coaching mentors and students.
Previous to Winning Futures, Zigila held business development positions at various companies located in Southeast Michigan, including Singh Senior Living, Wells Fargo Advisors, and JP Morgan Chase Bank.
Zigila holds a bachelor’s degree in community development from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant. In April 2018, she will receive her master’s degree in training and development with a concentration in organizational development from Oakland University in Rochester.
