Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) announced today that Esther Jackson has joined its team as a project manager and instructional designer.
“I’m thrilled to have Esther join ILG,” says CEO Lisa Toenniges. “As ILG continues to help companies address the needs of their modern learners, Esther’s expertise will be a great asset.”

Among her accomplishments were implementation of a year-long employee engagement plan and planning and managing the city’s flagship annual professional development conference for five years.
Jackson also spent three years at FutureNet Group, Inc., an information technology company based in Detroit. As the change management lead, she served as the liaison to the City of Detroit in addressing issues and queries regarding change management activities.
Jackson has a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in instructional technology from Wayne State University in Detroit. She also is a member of the Detroit Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and is serving on its board of directors as president-elect.
