Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) today announced that Stacey Jankowski and Peggy Visser have joined the company as project managers.
“I’m very pleased to have Stacey and Peggy join our team,” says CEO Lisa Toenniges. “Our work volume and revenue have been steadily increasing, and with double-digit growth forecasted for 2019, we are keeping pace with our hiring.”
Prior to joining ILG, Jankowski was a project manager at GP Strategies in Troy. In this role, she managed learning projects for a local automotive OEM, including the organizational change management project for a $7 million initiative.
Jankowski also was an account manager for The Summit Group, an advertising and marketing agency based in Salt Lake City. In this role, she managed the successful completion of projects for clients in the telecommunications industry.
Jankowski has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Central Michigan University.
Visser joined ILG after spending more than 10 years at ES3, Inc., a creative agency in Rochester Hills. She held a variety of roles where she managed client relationships and projects for marketing, automotive, and commercial truck retail training.
Visser also spent five years as a retail specialist at BBDO Detroit in Troy, where she supervised the creation and implementation of instructor-led training and performance improvement solutions for automotive dealership personnel.
Visser earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Michigan State University.
