Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) won three Gold and one Silver Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. The awards represent custom learning and performance support projects ILG completed with clients in the global healthcare, medical devices, and information technology industries.

ILG won two gold awards for its work with a global healthcare company based in France. The first gold award was in the category of Best Advance in Establishing Governance to Guide Learning Decisions. The submission details how ILG’s client used a governance model to reduce training hours and redundancies in training assignments and to standardize the organization of training requirements across locations. The second gold award was for Best Results of a Learning Program and details how ILG’s client redesigned its on-the-job training to reduce training hours, deviations, and safety incidents. This award was secured in partnership with TWI Institute.
ILG earned its third gold award, Best Program for Sales Training and Performance, for its work with TransUnion, a global information and insights company. The submission describes a structured curriculum that enables TU’s sales organization to become thought leaders who help customers solve their most pressing sales issues and drive business growth. ILG’s Silver award, Best Advance in Custom Content, was won with Midmark Corp., a medical solutions provider focused on the design of the clinical environment to improve the delivery of care, based in Versailles, Ohio. The submission details Midmark’s strategic initiative to improve efficiency, comfort, and safety when using Midmark’s equipment in clinical care settings. It describes the “medical must-dos” for a multi-tiered curriculum that addresses the education needs of its clinical educators, patient care staff at clinical facilities, and patients to drive positive health outcomes.
