As a client relationship representative at Innovative Learning Group, Brandon Merz rolls up his sleeves to help clients find the right learning and performance solutions to attain their organization’s goals.
“It’s all about building trust with my clients and having ILG be a valuable part of their team,” says Brandon. “I strive to create meaningful partnerships that not only result in inspirational learning solutions but also allow my clients to shine within their organizations.”
Brandon has worked in sales for more than five years and has seven years on non-profit leadership experience. He has worked with clients in the automotive, business services, marketing and advertising, oil and gas, and utilities industries. Brandon has provided guidance to support key client initiatives in the areas of systems implementation, new hire orientation, security awareness, onboarding curriculum architecture, and facilitation.
“The key to finding the right solution is being a great listener,” says Brandon. “You need to let clients tell you their needs, frustrations, and expectations so you can ask the right questions to get to the best solution.”
Currently, he is working towards earning a bachelor’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
