Innovative Learning Group Media Developer Lauralei Pariseau is passionate about the development of others and strives to bring excitement and hard work to everything she pursues.
“I love building from the ground up, which for me includes creating structure, solving problems, and implementing solutions,” says Lauralei. “I approach everything with a professional and positive attitude, constantly striving to find a better way.”
As a media developer, Lauralei works with a diverse group of global clients in the information services, automotive, and medical device industries. She is knowledgeable in Storyline 2, Storyline 360, and Adobe Captivate. And as authoring tools and technology change, there’s endless opportunity for her to grow her skills.
“I’m excited to work with such an experienced and knowledgeable team, and I’m honored to learn from the best of the best,” she says.
Prior to joining ILG in 2018 as a project coordinator, Lauralei was a training and development intern at Rock Connections in Detroit; she worked with the associate vice president of training and development to create a self-paced learning platform to promote growth opportunities for team members. She also assisted with the creation and maintenance of the team’s organizational strategies, which included helping to set team goals and develop action plans.
Lauralei has been active in the education field for more than five years and is a dance instructor and choreographer. She develops a customized skill curriculum for each dancer, whose ages range from preschool children to adults.
Lauralei is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in learning design and technology, with a minor in dance, at Wayne State University. She expects to graduate in December 2019.
