Melanie Randall thrives in an environment that allows her to exercise her strengths as a learning solution designer and leader, which is one of the key reasons she joined Innovative Learning Group as a project manager and instructional designer.
Melanie has more than 15 years of experience consulting with clients in the automotive, banking, aviation, and utility industries. She is well versed in developing performance support tools as well as developing e-learning, instructor-led, and self-study learning solutions. Throughout her career, Melanie has managed all aspects of her clients’ projects; she also has developed and managed a variety of training and assessment solutions covering many topics, including regulatory and large system implementation.
Melanie thoroughly enjoys working with clients at every level of the project. She especially likes the analysis and design stage, and thinking of ways to use technology in new and creative ways to design solutions.
“When working with clients, I’m always looking at the solution through their eyes, as well as the participants’, and asking myself if I would want to sit thorough the e-learning or use the job aid that was developed,” she says.
Melanie has a bachelor’s degree in human resources development from Oakland University.
