Tom's career includes leading business development for two learning and performance solutions companies, and directing business development and marketing for J.D. Power. He has served a portfolio of global companies in a variety of industries, including automotive, chemical, financial services, insurance, energy, home improvement, and retail. Additionally, he has vast experience establishing long-term relationships to support key client initiatives in the areas of quality, brand management, customer experience, and systems implementation. He also is a frequent ILG blogger and moderator of the ILG podcast Learning Trends: Beyond the Buzz.
