This six-minute whiteboard animation, with supporting narration, describes the journey a customer takes once he/she enters a dealership showroom. The learner is walked through each phase of the sales process. The goal is to learn about the key areas where one may gain a customer’s trust while also ensuring that the experience with that dealership is top notch. The animation is leveraged as the introductory piece to the instructor-led training, which takes a deep dive into the sales process. Developing this animation (in videoscribe) allowed the content to be delivered in a consistent and creative manner.
