MEASURING ACTIVITY Measuring activity looks at things such as how many people attended the workshop or how many people completed the e-learning course.

This can also be expressed as a percentage of learners in compliance with the completion of a required training.

MEASURING RESULTS Measuring results looks at whether or not the training had any impact on business goals. It answers outcome-oriented questions, such as:

Did sales improve as a result of the training?

Did the number of accidents go down as a result of the training?
