Basecamp Onboarding Roadmap


After assisting TransUnion with overhauling its four-day new sales orientation program, ILG designed a sales orientation road map. The road map defines 22 formal and informal learning activities new sales people need to complete within 90 days of their initial four-day immersion. Learning activities include workshops, videos, podcasts, e-learning, personal meetings, games, planning, and evaluations.
