ILG designed and developed the Global Sales Onboarding workshop for TransUnion’s sales staff. The theme of the workshop was Base Camp (as in what s at the bottom of a mountain during a mountain-climbing expedition) and included 24 hours of content intended to be delivered over a span of five days. The content included a number of engaging and interactive activities, such as gaming and journaling. Workshop deliverables included a participant guide (a.k.a. journal) where learners could document their experiences during base camp, a facilitator guide that could be used for virtual and face-to-face facilitation, as well as job aids and games cards to supplement course material. The instructional strategies for the workshop included a nice variety of whiteboard animation, slides, lecture, and videos.
