ILG worked with this client to create a course that helps learners easily grasp highly technical content. We collaborated with subject matter experts using a quick and iterative development process.
The resulting 30-minute e-learning course introduces key concepts of control strategies by using an everyday example of cooking a chicken. The course then connects the same concepts to those used in a bioreactor process.
Learners access information about the types of controls and the process for creating a control strategy through engaging interactions. Relevant questions challenge learners to apply what they’ve learned, with feedback that reinforces correct understanding. This course was also translated into German.
