Health and Wellbeing Leader Training

Initially, ILG developed a foundational course in Rise for all employees, sharing the vision and practical steps for incorporating intentional wellness into all aspects of life. The second course, created in Storyline, was a follow-up for leaders. It provided encouragement and practical guidance to help leaders benefit personally from implementing wellness practices, as well as model wellness for their teams. A third-party vendor played an integral role in designing this course and supported the efforts of DTE and ILG by helping identify key concepts and practical steps essential for the successful adoption and implementation of the initiative.
