Impact Map for Manager Role

ILG created this impact map as part of a six-month project to develop a new learning culture at a large national hospital system. The overall project included determining the curriculum architecture as well as course design and development. The target audience for the program was all people managers, to ensure they had the skills and knowledge needed to support employee development before, during, and after training.
