Inspection Readiness

ILG created an overview course that gave learners basic awareness of the client’s external inspection process. Using storytelling, the course follows an external inspector through the three phases of the inspection process. Learners are asked questions to consider activities and roles involved in each phase. Through scenario-based, “What would you say?” questions, learners practice answering common questions an inspector might ask. Rich feedback is used to reinforce general guidelines.
