New Hire Orientation

ILG redeveloped a new hire orientation instructor-led course that also can be delivered virtually. The facilitator guide has directions for both virtual and in-person training to provide delivery flexibility. This course also includes two important visual aspects: 1) an illustrated map of the course, and 2) a journey map that lets new hires see their learning path throughout their entire onboarding process at the company.
