Root Cause Analysis Process

ILG designed and developed a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) curriculum using a blended approach. The curriculum included three e-learning courses, one instructor-led workshop, and an online performance tool.

The e-learnings contained a series of escape rooms, with each room representing a step in the RCA process. The workshop design applied the content from the e-learnings to realistic client situations. The facilitator guides contained directions for both virtual instruction via Zoom and in-person instruction, which allows flexibility with the course structure and completion.
