Structured Discussions and Observation Processes

ILG created two 15-minute e-learning courses on the roles and responsibilities for the Structured Discussion and Observation processes, including creating, approval, and delivery.
One course focuses on the Author role, while the other course focuses on the Administrator and Learning & Development Business Partner roles. Custom graphics were created to represent each role and were used throughout. Learners also clicked interactive cards to view additional points, such as best practices for collaborating with other roles.
