Writing Standard Operating Procedures

ILG created a blended solution of instructor-led training and e-learning to teach SOP writers how to document processes in a consistent and complete manner. The e-learning includes a game as a final scored assessment; the game tests learner understanding of key concepts using a compelling and creative approach. It also ensures the audience is well versed in the unique aspects of SOPs prior to attending the workshop.

The workshop includes four hours of practice exercises designed to build specific skills needed by SOP writers. The facilitator guides contain directions for both virtual instruction via Zoom and in-person instruction, allowing flexibility with course structure and completion.
