Gayle Holsworth
As senior director of client solutions at Innovative Learning, Gayle Holsworth builds relationships with clients by partnering with them to understand their needs and improve the performance of their employees.
Because of Gayle’s collaborative and consultative approach, clients know they can rely on ILG to be a great partner. She leads with tremendous energy and humor — a contagious attitude that sparks productive teams and drives client satisfaction.
Gayle has more than 35 years of experience managing a wide range of key accounts representing more than 2,500 completed learning solutions. She directs teams that develop all types of learning, including web-based, instructor-led, virtual reality, and blended learning solutions on topics such as compliance, leadership, products, systems, onboarding, and Lean. Gayle also serves as a strategic consultant on virtual reality, curriculum architecture, learning portals, and evaluation.
In 2019, Gayle was recognized as one of Michigan’s Most Valuable Professionals by Corp! magazine. Additionally, her projects have won many awards for ILG’s clients, including multiple Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards:

Because of Gayle’s collaboration, ILG has won two CLO Learning in Practice awards for Excellence in Partnership: a Gold with Takeda and a Silver with a major retail client. Additionally, her efforts have also resulted in ILG receiving an Indirect Supplier Diamond, Diverse Supplier of the Year award from Boston Scientific and an Outstanding Human Performance Intervention Award of Excellence from the International Society for Performance Improvement for work with a client in the pharmaceutical industry.
Gayle is a member of LTEN (Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network). She has a master’s degree in adult instruction and performance technology from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Michigan University.
