So, What's The Difference?

WEBINAR Webinars broadcasts information or demonstrations to a large audience, often aimed at product introductions, general knowledge sharing, or generating leads.

It’s mostly one-way communication, with the facilitator presenting information with limited or pre-planned audience interaction.

Webinars can accommodate hundreds or even thousands of participants simultaneously.

Webinars are suitable for knowledge acquisition, awareness building, and initial introductions to a topic.

Choose a webinar if you want to broadly communicate information to a large audience.

VIRTUAL INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING (VILT) VILT replicates classroom training in a virtual environment, focusing on deeper learning, skill development, and interactive engagement.

It encourages two-way communication, with facilitators actively engaging participants through polls, Q&A sessions, breakout rooms, and collaborative activities.

VILT is typically limited to smaller groups of 10 to 25 participants.

It’s more effective for skill development, deeper understanding, practice through exercises, and personalized feedback from facilitators.

Choose VILT if you want to provide deeper learning, interactive engagement, and personalized skill development.
