Graphic Designer

Innovative Learning Group is looking for individuals to serve as graphic designers in a freelance capacity on project-based client work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities may include:

• Attending meetings with internal and external clients to better understand their needs
• Participating in creative team meetings to identify design direction for projects
• Preparing and presenting mock-ups to project teams
• Preparing web-ready screen designs, graphics, and animations using Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint (to be used in a variety of applications and e-learning software)
• Preparing files in acceptable format for programmers and working with programmers directly to achieve quality results
• Effectively proofreading and quality-checking work

QUALIFICATIONS

You must own your own software and your own subscription to a stock photo library. In addition, you must meet most of the following qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint to create web-ready art
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and creating art for these applications
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field
• Experience developing graphics for e-learning courses
