ILG (“We” or “Company”) welcomes You to a website (“Site”) associated with Innovative Learning Group “ILG.” For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Company” shall have the same meaning as in the “Terms and Conditions” of this Site. 

The Company respects the privacy of our users and has created this Privacy Policy to describe our policy about the collection, use, security, maintenance and disclosure of information we obtain from users of the Site. We encourage You to take time to read and understand this Privacy Policy, and to contact us if You have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the “Terms and Conditions” for this Site.  By using the Site, You consent to our collection, use and disclosure of Your information, including personally identifiable information, as described in this Policy.  The Policy may change from time-to-time.  Your continued use of this Website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • Information that is or becomes entirely in the public domain with a breach of this Privacy Policy by Company; 
  • Information that was known to Company prior to its access to the information or data through this Site; 
  • Information received lawfully from a third party through no breach of any obligation of confidentiality owed to You; 
  • Information created by Company independently of its access to or use of Your personally identifiable information.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (“Posted“) on public areas of the Website, such as Company’s blog, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions“). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at Your own risk.  Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom You may choose to share Your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that Your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

The Company may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to You, such as Your zip code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.  The Company may also collect information about Your internet connection, the equipment You use to access the Site, and usage details.

B. Information We May Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies  

As You navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about Your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

We may also log Your Internet protocol (“IP”) address, which may be helpful, for example, for system administration and troubleshooting purposes. (An IP address indicates the location of Your computer on the Internet.

If You access the Site through a third-party social media account (such as OpenID, YouTube, LinkedIn, X), we may access information about You from that third-party source, including Your user ID for the third-party source and certain information from Your profile for that third-party source.  The Site may combine information that we collect with information from all third-party sources.


Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Site may be served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about You when You use our Website. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. We use information that we collect about You or that You provide to us, including any personal information:

The Company will not sell or rent personally identifiable information about You to a third party.

We may use Google AdSense, Google AdMob and other third-party advertising companies to serve advertising when You visit the Site. We may use web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze Your use of the Services. These third-party advertising companies may use information about Your use of the Services in order to provide advertisements for goods and services that are targeted to You.

In some case it is possible to opt out from personally targeted advertising.  


We cannot ensure that all of Your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

We strive to provide You with choices regarding the personal information You provide to us. We may have created mechanisms to provide You with the following control over Your information:

  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If we have sent You a promotional email, You may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions or by clicking “UNSUBSCRIBE” at the bottom of the e-mail, if available. This opt out only applies to information collected in the manner identified in the Introduction of this Privacy Policy and not in any other manner or transaction.
  • Targeted Advertising. If You do not want us to use information that we collect or that You provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, You can opt-out by emailing us at the Contact Information designated below. 


You may contact us at the Contact Information designated below at any time to update and/or correct Your information, to opt-out of receiving future communications from us or to deactivate Your account.  When the Company receives a request to opt-out of receiving communications or to deactivate or cancel an account, we will take commercially reasonable efforts to remove Your personally identifiable information from our databases, but we cannot guarantee that Your information will be completely deleted due to the necessity of redundancy inherent in the electronic storage and management of data. We also may retain copies of Your personally identifiable information as required by our record retention policies.  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If You opt-out or delete Your account, Company has no responsibility to take down or remove any of Your public activities or submissions.  Accordingly, User Contributions from the Site, copies of Your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.

No computer system or information can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard.  In order to help protect Your information and the information and data contained on our Site, The Company employs reasonable and appropriate technical, physical and administrative security measures.  Communications with our Site are encrypted through Secured Socket Layer (“SSL”) connections.  We also follow industry-accepted security procedures such as encrypted administrative communication, restricted access to underlying machines, and firewalls at network access points. Any transmission of personal information is at Your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the site.




The Site is not intended for children under 13.  No one under age 13 may use the Site or provide information to the Site.  The Company does not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under the age of 13.  By using the Site and/or providing personal information, You represent and warrant that You are over the age of 13.   If Company learns that it has collected or received information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.   If You believe we may have information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at the Contact Information designated below.

INTERNATIONAL USE. The Company controls the Site from its offices in the United States.  The Company makes no representation that this Privacy Policy of the Company’s data collection and/or storage protocols are compliant with laws outside of the United States. If You access the Site from locations outside of the US, You do so on Your own initiative and at Your own risk, and You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.


The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the amended terms on this Site.  You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy and all such amended terms.  By viewing, using or accessing the Site after any amended terms have been posted, You consent to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of the Site then in effect.
