Jumpstart Curriculum Learning Path

ILG created this learning path for three banking roles at Comerica new credit specialist, analyst, and underwriter to teach them how to complete loan packages. The learning path illustrates the course flow and proposed curriculum for each role. To develop the learning path, ILG reviewed job descriptions and existing training materials; observed several modules in their current format; and interviewed subject matter experts, exemplar performers, and stakeholders.
