VDV Tools

This 10-minute microlearning course was developed for Klein Tools using Articulate Storyline. The course was created to help distributor salespeople and end users understand the steps and tools required to prep, connect, and test coaxial and data cables. Additionally, the course helped the sales team to direct customers to the appropriate tools, testers, and connectors. These course featured cool graphics (it’s rare to find e-learning courses with a black background), drag-and-drop interactions, branching scenarios, and recommendation tables that appear based on how the user answers items in the branching scenarios. Extensive product information is delivered throughout using pop-ups.
